JOB TITLE: Case Manager
STATUS: Salaried/Exempt
JOB SUMMARY: A Case Manager at Fathers New Mexico is responsible for listening to each participating parent and providing substantive ideas and productive feedback on the parent’s choices and actions. Case Managers conduct outreach, prioritizing families with the highest needs. Case Managers are responsible to work with individuals and families from a place of humility, conscientiously pursuing options to meet participants needs. Case Managers must engage professional development and be open to corrections, ideas that challenge and to working as a team member. Case Managers support and embody the mission of Fathers New Mexico and its work with families. A Case Manager maintains positive relationships with other staff, volunteers, clients/participants, professional collaborators and supporters of Fathers New Mexico. A Fathers New Mexico Case Manager willingly brings their expertise and insights to the team, in the spirit of constant improvement for the organization.
JOB TITLE: Case Management Supervisor
STATUS: Salaried/Exempt
JOB SUMMARY: The Case Management Supervisor at Fathers New Mexico is responsible for overseeing case management provided by contracted and employed individuals. This position assists with development, review, and improvement of case management/client files and establishing processes to support all staff with case management duties. This person shall prioritize a client-centered approach, in which the staff supporting clients actively listen, accept client priorities (so long as they do not cause harm), and focus on empowering clients to become self-determining in improving the welfare of their children and family. The supervisor will assess staff outreach efforts to fathers and families, ensure respectful and purposeful interactions, with priority given to fathers with the highest needs. All Case Managers are expected to work with individuals and families humbly and conscientiously pursue options to meet participants' needs. This person must be open to professional development, constructive feedback, challenging ideas, and collaborative teamwork. They will support and operationalize the mission of Fathers New Mexico in its work with families. A successful Case Management Supervisor actively contributes their expertise and insights to promote constant improvement within the organization.
